COUNTRY PROPERTIES MAGAZINE

The February issue of our magazine has been published and we are already down to our last few copies. It has been incredibly well received and is a great showcase for our properties. If you would like a copy please contact Jo on joanne@countryproperties.org.uk.

WEEKLY COMMENT

It has been another busy week. Although we have not agreed many sales there have been a lot of viewings and some really good potential purchasers are coming out of the woodwork. We have had a mixed bag of valuations this week some prospective vendors are struggling to accept the market while others are exceptionally realistic. We have a lot of valuations planned for next week which is promising as it is half term.
